Chocolate, Yum

Milk chocolate is by far the most favored chocolate in America.

It’s the generic chocolate in everything, from Snickers and M&M’s to Reese’s and Hershey’s Kisses--milk chocolate is the soul of chocolate lovers.

White chocolate is in a lot of delicious things as well. And in my opinion, it makes the world go round. The white chocolate mocha from Starbucks, for example, is a wonderful thing. It’s also fabulous in cookies, especially macadamia nut. But I would be personally offended if someone got me white chocolate for an occasion such as Valentine’s Day.

Dark chocolate is the delicious stuff that I would want for Valentine’s Day. Not only does it taste amazing, but it’s also much healthier than milk or white chocolate because it contains natural antioxidants. Dark chocolate also makes a mean chocolate chip cookie and is used in a lot of other recipes as well. Though white and dark chocolate definitely hit the top of the charts on a delicious scale, a s’more just wouldn’t be a s’more without the traditional milk chocolate.
