Steps to go down a bunk bed

Do you have a fear of heights or a bunk bed?

I have a fear of heights and I could not go down a bunk bed until I was encouraged and was taught to get rid of the fear and go down a bunk bed. You could read this article or you can just keep the fear.

There are three simple steps to going down a bunk bed. First, you need to calm down and take a deep breath. If you panic or become crazy, I can't do anything about that.

Then try and go down to the second to the top step. When you have done that, you are almost there! For this step, you have 2 options: you can turn yourself from the step you are standing on and just go down. Or you can ignore the fear, and just jump! If it is too high, than the first option would be the best.

If you have done all of these steps, you will be standing on the floor. Did you get rid of the fear and go down a bunk bed? If you did, you are a brave person that knows how to go down a bunk bed and has defeated your own fear of bunk beds.
